About Stacey

When I was young my Nana would ask what I wanted to be when I grew up. I would always say, “I want to be a superhero, so I can save the world”, so here I am saving whoever I can in my little corner of the world.

I am a qualified Exercise Science Therapist, I specialised in rehab, nutrition and psychology. I started out working in Wellington focusing on personal training and nutrition for weight loss in women, and then moved into rehab for males and females.

The rehab work led me to sport specific training for teams, and then I moved back to Hamilton in 2014. When I got to Hamilton, the SK Squad started accidentally – I grew a team of amazing female clients.

I’m now based at City Fitness in Te Rapa, Hamilton. I offer one on one personal training sessions and personalised programmes. I also run women only boot camps at Minogue Park most mornings and evenings. I am here to create a community that guides and supports women, encouraging them to live a healthy lifestyle.

Health and fitness make me feel happy, and I love it when my clients experience the same happiness from making changes to their lifestyle.
